Reports

 

Reports can be created of History data for Jobs and the Contents of the Job Database. Reports can be 80 or 132 columns. A wide variety of Reports are provided based on several criteria. 

 

History Reports

 

To create a History report:

 

1.Click on the History toggle switch

2.Select the width of the report. 80 or 132.

3.Enter the following data or leave as default:

 

Field

Description

Directory

Directory or wildcard to be selected

Job

Jobs or wildcard to be selected

From set id

From set id to be selected

To set id

To set id to be selected

From log date

Date to begin the report selection

To log date

Date to end the date selection

Include queues

Include the queues (ex. A*, B*,C*). * for all.

 

 

1.Click on Generate History Report button to create the report

 

 

 

 

 

Database Reports

 

To create a History report:

 

1.Click on the Job Database toggle switch

2.Select the width of the report. 80 or 132.

3.Enter the following data or leave as default:

Select only jobs with this comment

To Next Start

Select jobs that have a Next Start time after this date

To Next Start

Select Jobs that have a Next Start time before this date

 

1.Click on Generate Job Report button to create the report
