Using the Prefix and Numbering

The prefix and numbers in the job field are an optional way to order the jobs created in the Multiple Job Creation tool. They only affect the job name and can be left blank if desired. The prefix can be any short string to identify the group of jobs. The default numbering is 0010 incremented by 10  (0010, 0020, 0030 etc.). To change the initial prefix, change the number in the "Numeric Prefix Starts at:" field before the jobs are selected and click OK. Leaving the field blank will create job names with no prefix.

Clicking apply would prefix all new jobs with AA0010, AA0020, AA0030 etc.
