Calendar Action Menu

To use the Calendar Browser, click on the Manage Calendars button on the Home Page or click on the Calendars Link in the Top Menu.

Calendars can be assigned to jobs to determine selective scheduling of runs based on an alphabetic "mark" on particular days. Calendars can be modified to behave in a wide variety of ways to suit the needs of virtually any scheduling strategy. You can set up calendars to allow runs only on weekdays, only on weekends, on specific days or any combination of these. You can choose between having off days suppressed or slide the job run to the next day.

1.Select a directory from the directory tree

1.Either right click on a calendar and select a function from the Calendar Action Menu

Or click on the Edit button in the column to edit the variable or click the … to bring up the menu.
