Activated By

Connections give jobs the ability to be dependent on one another and allow virtually unlimited possibilities when it comes to setting conditions for the flow and execution of those jobs.

Jobs that activate the currently selected job. The activated-by list that is associated with each job in the SCHEDULE database specifies all jobs that reference this job on their initiate lists. The activated-by list is the inverse of the initiate list. This list can be manually updated if needed. Normally only the initiate list is modified and the system automatically updates the activated-by list.

To add an activated by job to the list fill in the name or click on the orange button beside the field and select a job from the Job list  and click Apply to add.

Click More to add addition Activated By jobs. Click Less to remove the last item from the list.
